Go to Settings — Account — Delete Account in the app. Your profile is removed immediately and all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days — in compliance with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy legislation. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
Tap the three-dot menu on any profile or message and select "Report." Our safety team reviews every report within 2 hours and takes action on verified violations. For urgent situations, email safety@paypigcanada.com directly — that inbox is always monitored. You can also block someone immediately regardless of whether you submit a report.
Settings — Membership — Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period and won't be charged again. No retention emails, no guilt trips — we want you to stay because the platform is worth it, not because cancelling is frustrating.
Report the profile immediately through the app, then email safety@paypigcanada.com with as much detail as you can — screenshots if possible. If you've lost money, contact your financial institution right away. Don't send anything further to the person. Our team will investigate and act on your report within 2 hours.
